Offenbar gibt es ein eindeutiges Nachspiel im Fall der Markenverrücktheit mancher deutscher Kleingeister. Wer mit einer zu Deutschland zugeordneten IP-Adresse auf www.gmail.com zugreifen möchte, bekommt ab sofort folgenden Hinweis:
In Deutschland können wir keine Dienste unter Gmail anbieten. Hier nutzen wir den Namen Google Mail.

Quite a nice tidbit to know that the german version of Google’s G-Mail has now been re-named into “Google Mail”. Background to this kind of change is a ligitation in german law relating to the use of names.
